getting Facebook notifications without Facebook open [CHROME].

Lately I have been getting Facebook notifications from Chrome (You have 3 status updates, TT also replied to their post, etc) even without Facebook open, how come. And how the hell do I get rid of it.

Its like the notifications you get if you have gmail open in a tab.  And its been going on for a while so idk

check inside Facebook webpage settings

 

be default it been enabled

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
