these are the parts i have put together but i cant decide on a good motherboard

Go with an i7-4790k + Hyper 212. It's all around a better choice for not much more.

But if your intention is gaming, I'd also go with 8gb of Ram and an R9 390 before stepping up to a 4790k (from a 4690k).

Also, i used to own a 8320 myself... seriously, do not buy a FX 8 CPU... they are wasted money.

The setup below will be a hundred times better for gaming then what you initially had planned. Yes it is a bit more expensive. But it will also perform according to the price too.

As someone who bought a 4690k+Seidon 240m, I do wish I had gone with a 4790k+Hyper 212. For $30~ more you can have an i7, which will likely get to at least 4.4ghz, and I'd gladly trade that couple hundred mhz for the extra threads of an i7 (in case games actually start to really leverage them -- the potential for those four extra threads is certainly much greater than the potential for that 200~ mhz)

Personally i would go all out and just buy a Crosshair V Formula-z motherboard, its solid, it supports fast ram, and if you want to upgrade, it supports the 9590.

The 9590 isn't an upgrade, and a 4790k on ANY z97 board will outperform an FX9590 in everything.
