Painting questions

I am going to get this case for a folding build that i'm going to with extra parts i have. But those cables are so ugly. how should i go around painting them?

Painting cables look crap. Try sleeving them.

i know this sounds stupid, but it has no see through side panel, why would you want to paint them?

Never paint cables regular paint will chip and flake off and just make a mess plasti-dip while it will work and other out there have done it I highly do not recommend it.
