Ever since I've upgraded to Windows 10, my battery life has literally been halved. I used to be able to get 5 hours out of a single charge and now I'm maxing out on 2 hrs. I've tested with the two battery packs I have for my laptop and both are not getting the battery life as I've used to so I don't think the batteries are the issue. The notebook also runs slightly hotter now than before when it still had Windows 8.1 even though -CPU clock speeds don't seem to have changed at all (runs at 1.16 - 1.67 GHz normally) I'm running on an Ivy Bridge Platform (i7-3520m), does any one else having similar problems? Would this be a driver issue? Cannot find any thing related to intel chipset drivers for this notebook.
