Upgrading from Intel e8400

So as you can see, i want to upgrade from old e8400 to q9650 or g3258, and i don't know which better for server. I have small server running few minecraft servers and website forum. Thanks in any help!

My budget is max 130 euro.

It can be amd new system, whatever it can be.

Well but my e8400 is handling super slow,i mean cpu usage constantly 100% i don't need super powerfull xeons. I just need best option available for 100 (+- 30) euro maximum.

athlon x4 840k with the cheapest mobo you can find. in germany that would be the ASRock FM2A58M-DG3+. at budget amd still nailin it

I didn't found 840k, but i found 860k so i think you misspelled it. Is this best amd 4 core cpu for cheapest? Price/Performance

yeah unless you wanna go am3+ which i would probably do because those 8-core parts are freaking cheap.

Find the highest-end part you can for LGA 775.

lga 771 xeons can be found dirt cheap for example: a x5450 here in the uk costs around about 20-30 gbp whereas the 775 eqivalent (q9650) is upwards of 50 pounds.
