I would get a cheaper board for a R9 380. The 950 has such a bad value, for 10-15 dollars you can usually get a 960 or better a R9 380.

Change the psu to a seasonic s12ii 520w/ xfx ts 550w and you are good.

Consider a z97 board and i5 4690k instead. Over clocking can get u far. As well, I prefer WD hard drives over sea gate. But that's just me.
