Please save up more money. You are looking at for £200 every little thing cheaped out and it will be good for no more then office use. £500 is the aboslute lowest anyone should spend on a PC. Just find a used console at this point.

what else do you need? If you already have a mouse and keyboard that's about 16 off right there.

edit- I doubt this will run fallout 4 tho. Minecraft and source games sure. but for less than 200 this will work for what you want

1) Minecraft needs at minimum 6GBs of ram. I have tried to run it on 4 and since you have to dedicate atleast 3, it is not fun. Minecraft is runs off shitty Java, you need at minimum a Pentium G3258.

2) GMOD needs some form of GPU. A APU simply will not cut it. Atleast at playable framerates.

1- minecraft does not need 6 gb not even close. My moms dell with 4gb and onboard intel pentium graphics and it runs just fine. gmod and source games run just fine on apu's. Maybe not at ultra but they run. Where are you getting this info??

Personal experience.

Played minecraft with a little old pentium and 4GBs of ram for 2-3 years. Played it on my Grandmas laptop with a Centrino and 4GBs of Ram. Not fun. I could only dedicate 2GB otherwise the PC and laptop would run really slow. This would cause frequent crashes and modded was not a thing past like 10mods.
