Looking for a new modem/router

Right now I have a seperate modem and a router but there are both pretty cheap and they have have realy high packet loss and ping.I dont think its the isp problem cause when i turn them off for a bit then htey are fine for a day and a half aproximetly. I m looking to spend 70-80 EURO . I have found three around that price and I would like to know which to pick or if you have any other recommendations .I would also like to now if there are any doual band 2.4GHz aorund that price that might be better than this 3  5.0GHz that  i have found.

Netgear R7000 (or R8000 if you have the cash) for the router. Or if you want a 2-in-1 unit, the Netgear D7000 is a good bet.
