Help Needed!

Okay so I have been able to root my Nvidia Shield Tablet as i want to  delete the  TegraOTA file in file manager so it wont be deactivated.. 

I have been following this thread on XDA forms (http://forum.xda-developers.com/shield-tablet/general/kill-kill-switch-shield-tablet-xx-t3179489) and it tells me to delete the TegraOTA file by going to /system/app/TegraOTA (Btw my shields running 5.1.1) But when i go there, theres just two file called bin and lib.. theres no app folder to access the tegraOTA file and delete it..

 

 

Help me. like what im i doing wrong???
