ehhh.... I can offer american planes. Nearly finished with tier 3. As for skill, I'm experienced, 200 hours played, played for over a year. I'm a bit rusty though.

Those are the tiers that I'm at, and I use the reserves to turn fight people with no sense at higher tiers and destroy their planes.

Ok the, and just FYI, despite what people say I love flying the MC 202 Folgore-it may have weak machine guns but it is fun to fly and quite tough.

i mostly play german tanks, rank 3 and rank 1/2 planes

rank 2/3 (i think) US planes

rank 2 UK planes

i dont play much russian tho (i dont like them very much)
