R9 390 Display Driver Crashing

Hey guys 

So my display driver keeps crashing after a few minutes of playing high intensive games like GTA V and Witcher 3 (totally fine when I play League or CS GO). I've tried pretty much everything. I used DDU to uninstall it and then re-installed, I've turned up the fan, lowered graphics to high, used 15.9.1 and 15.7.1. Anyone know what to do ?

Take a picture of the rating table on the side, if possible. Or give me the exact model

Doesn't seem to be the PSU, it's not the best but it has enough Amps to drive a 390.
