Best gpu for $300 CAD?

So i'm wondering what would be the best gpu for $300 CAD or under. I'm stuck between the 2gb 960, the 950 and the 380 4gb. I want to be able to replace my ps4 entirely. I'm open to referb cards if they're from a reputable source. Keep in mind this is my first build so my knowledge on hardware is rather limited. Also, is it just me or is the 950 and 960's performance way too close in some cases?

check around Ebay as you can get some pretty powerful cards for around $300

380x is probably out of your price range, then the 280x is next best and 380 after that if you can't afford the other 2. Don't go for a 950 or 960 they aren't as good at the price range.

Same performance - Sapphire has a better cooler though. MSI has a backplate. Sapphire has less cringy adds *cough* naked girls killing CPUs *cough*
