Temperatures too high ?

Hey there,

I just saw the temperatures of my system, and I think some of them are too high. What do you guys think? First values are at idle, second ingame:

CPU: 27°C / 48°C

GPU: 58°C / 83°C (too high?)

Motherboard: 42°C / 52°C (too high?)

SSD: 40°C (too high?)

HDD: 48°C (too high?)

SPECS:

CPU: i7 6700k

GPU: GTX 980 Ti SC ACX 2.0

Motherboard: Z10 Extreme 6+

SSD: Samsung EVO 850 1TB

HDD: WD Black 4TB

CPU is good, GPU has weirdly high idle (But your GPU's fans might not turn on until  60C) and HDD/SDD should be fine.

I use 2 gpus that recycle air and my top gpu only maxes at like 84-85 full load. Maybe your case has poor airflow? You can try change the thermal paste on the gpu too

Looks like your room is either really warm or your case ventilation is poor. Open a window or improve case airflow, or better yet, both.

Seems fine except high on GPU. Mobo, SSD and HDD are all fine. Mobo can take temps well over 80C. I'm pretty sure HDD can take up to 70C without issues.

Whats your room temp? And hows case fan config?
