gtx 770 help!

I guys I buy an gtx 770 PNY 

and i seems to have very loud sort of sound coming out when i do the Benchmark and the graphic card  have some white line poping in 

And when i play metro last light to i kind a  see those line anyone can help ?

You will probably have to RMA the card and what you are hearing is coil whine, what you are seeing is called artifacts. It could also be heat check what temps you have with GPU Boost 2.0 you should be around 80C at load.

Is it high pitched, kind of like a loud squeak or squeal, or does it sound like a jet plane or a vacuum cleaner?

RMA = Return merchandise authorization

It's basically returning it to who you bought it from for a replacement, refund, or repair.

Even so, because of the way GPU Boost 2.0 works, the card on paper should continue underclocking to keep itself from going over that mark. (if it has to underclock itself)

Sounds like your probably getting coil whine like the others pointed out, might wanna rma (warranty) that card if its artifacting though, My 770 has been flawless even under full load and oc'd, highest ive hit on air is 76 degrees, highest gaming temps have been 63 degrees

What PSU do you have? Sometimes a certain PSU and GPU don't mix well for some reason and cause coil whine. (but it's most likely the GPU since the GPU is the one making the noise)
