How much VRAM does the iGPU really need?

I'm thinking of limiting the amount of dedicated VRAM my iGPU will use.

I use two displays on one iGPU for normal desktop work, one 1080p and another 1280x1024.

Yes, I don't use the iGPU use for anything but typical programs, I have my main display for my GPU.

if it for normal display mode

 

 

i can run with just 256MB

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

512MB is what I have set to it
