Can I upgrade my gpu from a nVidia gt240 to an AMD R7 360 128 Bit GDDR5 2GB

Are you gaming? What resolution? What games? Other parts in your rig pls? Budget?

What are the rest of your specs? More than likely yes; however, it may or may not work, or may not even be worth it over another upgrade.
