NEED HELP REBOOTS GALORE

im 16 and just dropped all my cash on a pc that keeps on rebooting and giving me error code 41 kernel power. it is freezing a lot as well to a complete freeze where the leds stay on but i cant even light up the caps button. im running windows 7 and have ran some memory and hard drive tests that came back fine even though i dont trust either of them. plz help!
