Best Typing Keyboard for £10-£30

What is the best keyboard for typing for £10-£30? I know mechanical keyboards are probably the best but they are pretty expensive.

at this point just go to your local electronics store and try out the display models

Microsoft Wired Keyboard 400. This keyboard is the best IMO except the Das.

Cooler master Cm storm devastator, i here that's a good membrane keyboard that feels sorta like a mechanical
