You don't need a 750W PSU, an EVGA G2/Gs 650W (hell, even a 550W) would be fine Also, get a 250GB SSD instead, 120GB fills up fast nowadays.

Looks Good! Only things I would change are the SSD- go for 240gb as 120gb is outdated. Also change the drive to a WD Blue, as they have a lower failure rate than seagate drives. Other than that, looks good.
