OC 4690k

I am going to overclock my i5 4690k but I was just looking for suggestions for clock speed and voltage. I am currently using a H100I GTX from corsair on an Asus Z97 Mobo.

There's really no real clock speed to be suggested. Try something like 4GHz and work yourself up until it doesn't function properly anymore and stability isn't present. 

 

I think that anything up to 1.3v should be okay for a 24/7 OC.

Youre gonna have to play around with whatever works. The good news is you have a good cooler, so thermal issues should be out of the question

If youre curious, Ive got mine running at 4.5GHz @ 1.185V cooled by a 212 EVO.

Ouch. 1.34? What are your temps like? Mine hits 4.5 at 1..25-1.28, but wont go any faster no matter what I pump into it.

I say start at 4.5 to save time. If no dice, bring the vcore to 1.3 and then go from there. I've got 4.4 at 1.250 with evo.
