There's really no real clock speed to be suggested. Try something like 4GHz and work yourself up until it doesn't function properly anymore and stability isn't present. 

 

I think that anything up to 1.3v should be okay for a 24/7 OC.

Everyone has a different chip.

Youre gonna have to play around with whatever works. The good news is you have a good cooler, so thermal issues should be out of the question :D

If youre curious, Ive got mine running at 4.5GHz @ 1.185V cooled by a 212 EVO.

i have a i5 4670k on a h105 corsair and i got 4.5ghz at 1.34V

Ouch. 1.34? What are your temps like? Mine hits 4.5 at 1..25-1.28, but wont go any faster no matter what I pump into it.
