Hey I've been playing FTB Infinity for a while, it has tons of mods and it's really fun. I get perfect 60fps all the time with the default texture pack but when using a 64x64 pack I get around 40fps most of the time, are there any Nvidia control panel tweaks that could help? I don't understand why this is happening. I have a GTX 970, I don't understand how these textures are too much for it. My specs are in my sig, thanks guys!

Have you tried optifine? Not sure if that's an option in the modpack but it helps for me a lot.

You've increased the texture pixel-count 16x and you don't get why this is happening?

GTX 970

64x64 textures

See the problem here?

This modpack has "fastcraft" which is similar I think
