I'm like the only one in the world who likes the original style combat, but I would say go for this one since it's developed by someone in the studio and probably be the closest to the witcher 3 combat system. http://witcher2.nexusmods.com/mods/635/? Now when you get into the first chapter it will get kind of slow, but after you kill the kayran things start to speed up and then it starts to take you in. The first half of chapter 1 is mostly grinding imo.

No they perform so close in 1440p that it's mostly margin of error, but the performance of the gtx 670 is slightly higher http://www.anandtech.com/show/7103/nvidia-geforce-gtx-760-review

Go watch Logans video on it, it does better in 1440p...

then just buy a prodigy or a slightly larger case, it won't hurt I promise :)

STOP, how many times do I have to say I want this case, and I hate the prodigy, it's basically an m-atx case made for a lot of water cooling, I don't want to do a custom loop just for one graphics card and the cpu.

I said, or a slightly larger case, doesn't matter, I would like to fit a full GPU in there so you can get the most for your money, seriously

This will be my soul gaming rig as well as just my regular computer, it will do what I want it to do, I hardly ever game now, but when I do, I want to be able to move my rig around very easily and take it on trips and what not.

Who cares if Windows 8 is faster, it's Windows 8, enough reason not to get it...

The rig is a small form factor, what does the screen have to do with the rig, I can fit a 27" monitor in my car just fine, but lifting a 30 pound computer into the car where it will likely fall over and just be a general hazard.

Mod the case to fit a larger graphics card... You mean cut a whole in the bottom so I can get more power out of it... The 450W PSU (practically the only SFX that will fit in the case while I have the water cooler in there) can't handle the 770 or 780, let alone a 7970 or any other amd card.

Ah, then that is understandable.

That is a very close minded response. Why even ask for opinions then? To show off?

True. I get that. I am going for the opposite. As big and bulky as possible. The thing will weight 50lbs easily once it is watercooled. But that is my preference. I am very anti-social and so I do not go anywhere. Ever. Aside from work.

Yes, basically. Though there might be more elegant ways to do it.

The 450w PSU can handle a 770. A GTX 770 + 4670k pulls about 350w. With the other components, that would barely touch 400w. If you overclock (you will not want to on Haswell, at all), then you would be in trouble.

Oh well. You have made up your mind. Have fun. Do not overclock anyway (the H50 will not handle overclocking Haswell very well, if at all). Though, on that note, do not get the 4670k. Get the 4670. Yes, it is only $5, but that is 1 Steam game.

sorry to burst your bubble, but I personally think anandtech is more proper than both Linus and Logan to be honest.. I would trust their benchmarks

Agreed they are very in depth reviews. the htc one review they did was around 20 pages I think.

Have you thought about a silverstone SG-06 or SG-08 build? They are small and can house most video cards.

You keep complaining about how I'm wasting money, well for an extra $80 I get a few more frames.

that's why you get a better graphics card like a 770 or 780, potentially 9970

Yes, and at 1440p, those frames are the most performance increase you can get for only $80. The difference between 20 and 30 FPS is more than noticeable. The difference between Ultra and High settings is relatively noticeable.

That's what $80 gets you.

Your build doesn't work. The case only supports gpus up to 200mm long.

Also, why get Win7 ultimate?

This build is really costly, doesn't have good enough performance to justify it, and doesn't work.

Reconsider the case unless you want to get an Asus 670 DC mini.

Better. Not sure how you will get the 780 into that case, but eh. A 500w PSU would suffice. (though 600w would be safer).

Windows 7 Ultimate, as WM mentioned. Just curious. Why?

You went back to the 4770k. Just pointing that out.

More costly, but overall, quite a bit better.

You don't need a 760w power supply for a single gpu setup and why do you need windows 7 ultimate?

Also this is a bit concerning http://www.anandtech.com/show/5006/lian-li-pctu200-on-the-road-with-lian-li/6

The 780 is under 300mm

BECAUSE I HATE WINDOWS 8 WITH PASSION Now Pro, since HP has its issues...

Yeah, I did, because of the now 38mm rad and 780

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1sSUh Also, redid it again, dvd drive just to install the OS since I don't feel like putting the OS on a flash drive, and the drive would be temporary.

The 1TB EVO will be one of the more cheaper per GB SSD's, so if I have the money and want the space, why not?

I can see reasons for the 1TB SSD,video editing, rendering, etc.also it's quieter and vibrates less, causing less harm to other components.

the graphics card is a good choice,if AMD comes out with anything you can always change the build as you said you would.

only thing I would change is maybe the 4670K to a 4770K and change the H50 to an H60/H70.

Nice.

No, I mean, why Ultimate over Home Premium?

Well, unless you video edit, record, or render 3D objects, that is mostly pointless. A 4770k will do just as well as a 4670k in regards to gaming. And it will not bottleneck a 780. Just saying.

I do use a lot of Blender and Autodesk Inventor, I am debating if I want the TITAN for it's ability to run the odd ball programs and gaming ability.

I would mod the case with more holes on the bottom so the GPU gets more air, and that will be unnoticed and seem stock.

Ah, see, you should have said that.

Then yes, 4770k, GTX Titans, etc etc, all good. Go for it. :D Though you could still use a lower wattage PSU if you wanted to save some money.

I plan on using Blender, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Autocad, video editing, and playing games on a 1440p display.

Would the Titan be advisable, or is the 780 going to be about the same?

The 780 will be pretty much the same since the 384 bit memory bus is not able to fully use 6gb of the Vram @Kuzma did a write up about it.
