USB Problem

Go to solution Solved by Streetguru,

I have a Maximus VIII Hero a h100i gtx and a hx100i + one case usb 2.0

Those coolers use USB headers to run?

Otherwise you'd have to find something like this for USB 2.0 I guess, and then some other adapters if your board has no slot for it already.

Really probably not worth the effort

just plug in your case USB

the two coolers dont need to be plugged into USB to run

if you want to customize their fan curves or colour you can plug them in, modify it with corsair link, then unplug it and it will save the modifications

just make sure you dont plug/unplug stuff while the PC is on

well one plug is two USB ports, so im guessing you want two plugs for a total of 4 ports?

there are PCIe expansion cards that can give you additional internal USB ports so you can plug your coolers in
