Intel HD graphic problems

Hi, 

 

I am trying to get quick sync working on my I5 3570K to use with OBS, but I can't find any drivers which work for my onboard graphics (HD 4000) I have tired a couple from intels website, but they say "This system doesn't meet the minimum requirements for this software" I have enabled the iGPU in the bios already

 

What should I do ? any help would be amazing :)

I have one, just trying to get quick sync working to help with streaming. It can take some load off the CPU

the 3570 should be 3rd generation gpu
