If you think you are stuck in rank in LoL you will be stuck in rank in HS. There is no such thing as being stuck in low rank. It's what shitty players cry about.

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania, Europe, Earth, Solar System, Local Interstellar Cloud, Local Bubble, Gould Belt, Orion Arm, Milky Way, Milky Way subgroup, Local Group, Virgo Supercluster, Laniakea, Pisces–Cetus Supercluster Complex, Observable universe, Universe.

Hearthstone ranks reset every month (season), and during each month, you can rise as high as rank 1 Legend or sink as low as rank 20. You can't really get stuck anywhere. (depending on how well you play/how good your deck is, of course)

Never played ranked myself in LoL so I wouldn't know, but I heard that so many times so there has to be somewhat of truth in that.

Nope. There is none. If you have atleast 50.1% winrate your rank will keep going up.

So I've tried to play ranked, I played only a few games and went on a winning streak I got to level 22 :D , I know it's low but considering that I'm a beginner...

You can get to rank 20 playing with your foot with no issues. Loses don't drop ranks until you get below 20.

From salty to bath salty in 2.9 seconds
