Well im building a pc and i want the GPU in a few days with the cpu and mobo and ram and psu but i cant afford it, i can only get all those without the gpu or gpu, mobo, ram and no cpu so what's the chance ill get a DOA:Dead On Arrival

Really unlikely, and if anything does just contact the retailer or manufacturer and they'll take care of you.

Deally depends on what parts you gat. there's not really a general figure to go by. Most of the time you'll be fine, sometimes you'll get one dead component, other times you will get one and the replacement will also be dead. I'ts just as likely that a component may be  faulty rather than entirely dead. You just have to find out.

If you want to get less DOA stuff, maybe go for something refurbished, since it's guaranteed to be tested before sending, but even issues in the delivery could cause problems.

Yeah, you've a better chance of rolling two 20s on a D20 than getting a DOA component. It's very unlikely.

Watched a D&D game the other day, lady scored 6 20's in a row on a D20
