Ok, I need help choosing a video card, at first, I had decided to go with a XFX Radeon R9 285(https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-r9285acdfc) But have decided that the card is a little to much for my budget.(My budget is around $200, can go a little higher if need be) I then began looking into other video cards and found a r7 260x(https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-r7260xoc2gd5) My questions is, will this card be able to run h1z1, rust, and gta 5 at low-medium settings? Or will I find myself wanting to upgrade in a couple of months? My current specs are in my signature, but I plan on getting +4gb of ram. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.  :D

If you're running an R7 260X, you will want to upgrade almost immediately. It's not a terrible card to be fair, but it's better to start off a little higher end.

I'd try to go used. The used market has plenty of good cards for cheaper if Scrapyard Wars has proved anything. You can easily get something like a GTX 580, R9 280 or similar well within your $200 budget. If you have to buy new though, you could get a GTX 950 or an R9 270X, both of which are very capable. The GTX 950 slightly edges the R9 270X out, however the R9 270X should be cheaper.

I would spend extra 23 bucks and get this

I have the ASUS version and this card plays GTA V on high settings 60 fps (auto set by the game)

Personally, I'd spend the extra and get a 280. They get significantly better performance than the 260x and they're only $225ish.

Honestly this is an even better suggestion, and what I usually do for my builds.

You can likely find excellent deals online. I picked up a 7970 for $80.

If you can, track down a non mining 7970, and grab an SSD while you're at it. Your system will be night and day to what it is now.

It's really not that high and I'd gladly trade it for health care.

However, that's not the only thing it's for. It goes to the province to do with what they please. Roadwork projects, etc etc. NY has 4 times the number of people and is a 1/7th the size.

There's a lot more to take care of.

Also...depending on the item we get charged between 5% and 12%. NY gets between 4% and 12.8%. So not that different.

Not only that, ordering online here does not get you out of paying taxes.
