I am currently building a PC for my brother under $750.

He doesn't have many frame heavy games. He has games such as The Forest, CS:GO, etc.

Also, if you have can give me good spec lists for under $750 aud, then I will be really happy, thanks :D

Canadian or us $?

If its us than you could get a i5 with a low end mobo and a r9 380 or so,

if its canadian you gonna have to start cutting some corners.

Australian... Which is even worse.

added a z97 board so you have some room for upgrading to a 4690k/4790k down the line 
 
but also you should look at seeing if maybe you can get a used 290, with this tight a budget used is probably a good idea for gpu as well as cpu, you will be able to spread your money alot further
