Windows 10 Pro activation problems

So I recently used an activation key for windows 10 pro to receive the upgrade for free, and since then I can't get it to activate.

I've tried using MS toolkit to activate to no avail.

I've also used cmd prompt to activate and change the product key, which didn't work either.

So is there any way to activate without a clean install?

 

Any help is extremely appreciated. :)

call microsoft support and tell them your issue

they will fix it for you (as long as its an actual key, not a pirated version)

It was windows 8.1 x64 home

And how did you activate windows 81.
