Asus had just as many issues with the PG278Q as Acer with the XB270HU, i have seen a guy on youtube with terrible backlight blead on the PG279Q

They have had issues but not like ACER monitors

If you read the reviews there are many negative reviews on the ACER 1440p monitor not as many as the ASUS PG278Q

Also, you know that is one sample, there was another person with no backlight bleed on Overclock forums

Also the ACER Predator X34 has problems

Coil whine

Not reaching 100hz

Noise on white background

Bad backlight bleed

ASUS is not the best but it is a lot better than ACER

Also ASUS customer service is a lot better and they offer a longer warranty on their monitors.

it is weird how my country's main computer shop have more positive reviews on XB270HU then PG278Q, but it is probably because of their amazing customer support/return policy.

Anyways, i Pre-Orderd the PG279Q today :D
