Hi guys, I would like you to recommend me parts to upgrade my build, I will be playing on 4k and I really need some serious horsepower for under 2000$ I already got a decent case, psu and storage. I also think I could upgrade my cpu for 3D modeling and rendering, I use Cinema 4D and Autodesk Maya. For gaming I am looking for the best of the best for 4K since it's pretty demanding, no preferences for Nvidia or Amd.

Edit: I live in Canada and here computer parts are EXTREMELY expensive for some reason. Please use ca.pcpartpicker.com for the prices and alvailability.

A GTX 970 4GB edition can play at 4K but with many options turned down.

A GTX 980 can play at 4K but with some options turned down.

A R9 390x can play 4K but with some options turned down. I don't know AMD well enough to suggest other cards. sorry :(
