hello, i am thinking about upgrading some of my parts. atm i have a CG1330 mainboard,AMD Phenom II x2 555 BE,  2gbx4 ddr3 ram, and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 2gb. should i go 16gb of ram or stay at 8gb, what would be a good choice for the other replacements? have a buget of around $400

Start with GPU or CPU. RAM is fine

Should be fine, you'll probably need a new PSU as well to use the CPU/GPU, so I threw it in, dunno if it'll fit in that case.

For another 50 bucks you can upgrade the GPU to a 290
