So i just installed my new sapphire r9 290x tri x and when i turn on my computer i get no signal to display .

My monitor acts like nothing is connected to it ( tried different cables and monitors).

Even integrated graphics dont works when my gpu is installed .

They only work when the card is removed from the system.

I tried uninstalling drivers for my intel hd 4000 graphics , but it wont work either.

Any help will be appreciated.

Try the 290x in a different PC...  maybe even a friend's if you have no other one.  This will verify if the GPU works at all.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

I blame the CX. [/joke] Have you tried it in both x16 slots? If that doesn't work, try using the integrated graphics and installing the drivers from there and them plugging the card back in (another person is having a similar problem :/)

just removed all pcie devices from my pc ( wlan card )

doesnt seem to be a problem .

Did you try both PCI-E lanes? Have you tried connecting your monitor to your MOBO instead of directly into your GPU?

Integrated graphics do not work when my gpu is plugged in , regardless of which output i use .

I meant the video card...

I did that too . It's the only way to actually get the system to boot .

This happened to me too but instead of the gpu, it was the new RAM. Did you replace anything, or unplug anything by any chance?

Maybe a CMOS reset?

No, i did not unplug anything.

I tried a cmos reset and it didnt work either. Guess ill have to rma my card.
