Most definitely, the recommended specs are a load of poop I've seen streamers with 760's or below running the game at decent settings.

My advice: don't look at minimum (recommended too) specs. They tend to be very unrealistic these days.

They could be putting higher recommended specs to ensure that you have extra processing power for recording purposes or even if you have an extra monitor and are watching streams/multitasking.
