Unless you've damaged the acrylic, you should use non-alcohol based cleaning solutions. If you damaged it, you're screwezilla'd

Soap and detergent are your best bet.

On what surface exactly do you want to clean these?
There's no "one fix does it all", we need to know exactly what it is.

I dont get it. What do you mean ?

Is this a phone? Tablet? Just a plain glass window? A case side panel? Is it plastic? Glass? What IS IT. Your picture doesn't tell me ANYTHING.

ive never worked with acrylic but perhaps windex? (any vinegar based glass cleaner sounds like a safe bet)

And if nothing works, you can always just use sandpaper since this is an acrylic window.

Unfortunately it looks like the surface got etched other than wet sanding and polishing it out with compound which is a very time consuming process, your best bet is to get a replacement window material and mod it in place if it doesn't fit with the original mounting.
