as mentioned, you might want to swap out that power supply.

 

its not all that great, but well.. its cheap. if you want to risk it, go ahead i guess...

This is what I would do with a 600 USD budget, you can always get a 50 to 70 bucks hard drive a few weeks later when you have the money.
