That looks pretty good but:

You could get dual channel RAM instead of single channel which is faster (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9d8gbxl)

I don't see any SSD in there? (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/samsung-internal-hard-drive-mz75e120bam)

Everything else looks good imo.

Yah those were upgrades im going to get later down the road (Very soon)

I'd go with an EVGA Gs 650W PSU, $3 more expensive but higher wattage and a good manufacturer too. (I'm not saying XFX is bad, I just wouldn't recommend lower than 600 for R9 x90 cards)
