Hi , I aleardy posted a thread which really helped me choosing the following build :

g8lMisT.jpg

the cards are SLI , the power supply is gonna change to 1000W for some extra room to be safe

i really want to put 2TB HDD , would like to get some thoughts about that too

So the goal was an overkill gaming pc to run on a 4k monitor , i might change it to 1440p but I preffer 4k :P , and i want other people thoughts about this one because i know only about 3 - 4 people who liked this one , i need more persuasion power to get myself that expensive PC.

Thanks in advance for replys.

Just no. No need to overclock. No need for a SSD or a Super expensive CPU cooler.

Congratulations! Your build is so damn overkill and expensive that it's not funny.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

Oneplus 6 (Early 2023 to present) | HP Envy 15" x360 R7 5700U (Mid 2021 to present) | Steam Deck (Late 2022 to present)

Mid 2023 AlTech Desktop Refresh - AMD R7 5800X (Mid 2023), XFX Radeon RX 6700XT MBA (Mid 2021), MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon (Early 2018), 32GB DDR4-3200 (16GB x2) (Mid 2022

Noctua NH-D15 (Early 2021), Corsair MP510 1.92TB NVMe SSD (Mid 2020), beQuiet Pure Wings 2 140mm x2 & 120mm x1 (Mid 2023),

You don't really need 1000W, but if the system costs that much already and it'll only be like 20-50$ more, go for it. Otherwise, it looks great, and should get you into 4K! Have fun!

Thanks alot! about the HDD , i can just choose any drive and it will fit? im not really a pro builder so i need a little advice on choosing a 2TB HDD

I got a one-time budget for one computer , i have to use all of it to not regret later , and its a budget i cant do anything with except a PC , I can explain but its a bit personal :P

If your going for overkill swap that RAM out. 2133 is the minimum for DDR4, go for 2400 at least, not that it makes any noticeable difference in games that is...

but i can still video edit with this i5 pretty fast , like if i wanna make a youtube video once a week or two times a week , you think it will be enough power?

im not gonna say yes or no to that because I dont video edit, I just know it enjoys hyperthreaded cpus.

I5 vs i7 does make a difference in some newer games if you go over 60 fps,

especially if you cram 2 980 tis in there.

ok i went for i7 cause of you guys , thanks so much , it is the best pc community ive been in ;)

The reason you got recommended an i5 is because 90% of this forum can't build a PC without an i5 and a corsair h100i

Yes, especially at higher resolutions. And yes.

If budget permits, instead of SATA III go for a 4-lane PCIe 3.0 M.2 ssd like the Samsung SM951. Up to 32Gb/sec. More than 4 times faster than SATA III.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
