H440 or h630?? Which is more silent(both windowed)

This is reason why im asking this.

Am building 2 pc,one for myself and one for my friend

I came accros this h630 that has side panel window.90 sgd

And one n400 windowed also for 55sgd

Basically 60 usd vs 37.5 usd situation

Which ome should i get,n400 or h630 for my friend

And after seeing the h630,makes me wonder if i should get a windowed h630 or h440 as i can find windowed h630 in my country anddd idk why haha

So...

Q1:h630 for 90 sgd or cm n400 for 55?

Q2:h630 or h440 in terms of silence?

Thanks guys

H440. The sound proofing foam is quite amazing for it's price. However, if you plan on running 3000rpm delta fans, then either is fine.

It's a damn case. Seriously people! The case is where you cheap out and instead buy a better CPU/GPU/Monitor or RAM.

I disagree. a cheap case is NOT a good idea. I thought so first as well, until I started building.

They're cheap for a reason. Things you find in a cheap case:

-No decent way to mount your HDD's, and no rubber to isolate the vibrations

-little to no room for cable management

-shitty, noisy included fan

-bad airflow

-lot'sa cheap plastic

-Forget a nice aircooler.

I scratched my HDD by just sliding it in my first $50 case. The case also didn't have a hole for the 8-pin CPU. The rubber pads that isolated the fans from the PC started falling apart before 1 year had passed.

This and more. Invest in a good quality case, and it'll be the only one you'll ever own.

Or even cut down to 36,which is a dilemma here

I don't. I have it on my floor and TBH it doesn't look bad to me.

It's why you screw a HDD to a mount.

And I bought a bunch of cheap but awesome Corsair AF-140 fans. airflow is fine except for GPU when Playing GTA (No other game makes it output a lot of heat)

There is some room for cable management but i see what you're saying.

I've had mine for more than a year and it's in good condition. My only problem is that i lost a thumb screw and I don't know where to buy a new one.
