Can't believe how cheap 390's are. I paid £400 for a 980 and from what I understand, the 390 is not much slower costing £150 less.

Anyhow as to your question, I'd go with Skylake.

The Skylake one is pretty cheap for a skylake system I´d get it over the 4690k allthough the difference is minimal as far as the graphics card goes solid choice in its pricerange since most of the components are similar (other than the CPU) there is not much else to say here

go for a sapphire gpu if your going AMD, if they are more expensive or not available then stay with MSI

Sapphire makes best cooler for amd imo

Well the skylake system is obviously better since the rest of the components (ie GPU PSU) are the same...

My only real suggestion is to add an SSD.

I'd do that if I had any money to go towards it afterwards, but I am aware of the nessecity to get one.

Why no SSD?

The price increase is to much now, although I might replace the HDD with a 250GB SSD?

Both are fine I prefer the h440 but (in my opinion) the case should be one of the last thing to consider (when it has sufficient airflow, and u have room for upgrades in other departments)

I wouldnt say the s340 h440 difference would justify getting the 4690k over the 6600k

After owning an ssd I find them overrated as a good wd black drive feels good and is cheaper than a 240gb ssd and much cheaper than having both a meh hdd and an ssd

Much like the posters above, we can't stress just how much nicer the experience will be with a solid state drive, even if it's just a small one to store your operating system and a few core apps on.

Eeh, by gum.
