Internetbrowser is way too slow

I have a problem with my internet connection... Google Chrome is very slow or not even responding. e.g. I go on youtube and click on a video, either it loads for a minute and then plays or nothing happens. I looked at the network activity in task manager. I have a downloadspeed of 1.3MB/s but it's just on 0MB/s.  Here's also a speedtest: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4708740878 and a pingtest: http://www.pingtest.net/result/131854311.png (to a german server, so it's higher as I live in Switzerland)

Chrome often does that. Have you tried in another browser?

try and reinstall chrome if it continues use a different browser if it happened with that try and do a virus scan and do a clean up with ccleaner to remove old cache and cookies

Clear your cache...

Clear cache, try another browser, restart computer, update browser, reinstall browser, etc.

Cleared cache many times, did many virus scans... nothing. I'll try it with reinstalling it first
