not a fan of building in the stacker and well i wouldnt really call them cheap. to the other people in the thread, answer the damn question or leave

the stacker isnt cheap to begin with

 

 

and blinging it with LED lightshow makes it ugly

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
