Instead of the i3 try the G3258 pentium, same dual core, cheaper, and has a lot of over clocking room. It'll save you some money for a better cpu down the road. They both perform the same if not the g3258 better since of the overclockability.

I'm not a big fan of the CX series (the only good one apparently is the CX430) but I can recommend the EVGA G2/Gs/B2 series as well as anything seasonic

Instead of the i3 try the G3258 pentium, same dual core, cheaper, and has a lot of over clocking room. It'll save you some money for a better cpu down the road. They both perform the same if not the g3258 better since of the overclockability.

The thing is, the i3 has hyperthreading.

i3 is about 30% better than the Pentium, OC or no OC - pentium stutters like a boss

That is mostly good, but the PSU and SSD are pretty bad. Get the XFX TS550 and this sandisk ssd instead.

No, just no. The i3s have hyperthreading, which makes them much better than a g3258. Unless you spend a lot on a good cooler, the i3 will crush it, and even the the g3258 will struggle to keep up.

i3s are minimum for gaming now, the Pentium is heavily reliant of OC otherwise it's pretty bad and it causes stutters also i3 has HT

No, just no. The i3s haver hyperthreading, which makes them much better than a g3258. Unless you spend a lot on a good cooler, the i3 will crush it, and even the the g3258 will struggle too keep up.
