Windows 8.1 Preview causing Skyrim to crash?

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix? I know its beta software but I want to try it out so I can make the upgrade from Windows 7 but I need to get used to it first.

Yes it is, i cant play FC3 And JC2 because of windows 8.

The Skyrim Launcher crashes and when i try and run the game without i get a missing DX9.dll file. I have tried to install Direct X runtime and no help at all.

Man you have so many skyrim problems lol, I don't know how to fix because 

1. I don't have windows 8

2. I don't have skyrim
