Using a 32-bit PCI network card in this mobo?

32bit is the physical interface of that pci slot. Has nothing to do with your os.

64bit pci is twice as long and only server boards have it.

Yes that card is compatible with that board.

I have this mobo sitting at home that I want to turn into a PFSense router. It has 2 ethernet ports and I need a third. The specs on the motherboard say it has one PCI v2.3 slot, but there is only the one notch in the back while the card that I want has two. I am not familiar with PCI as everything I have used in the time I have been playing with computers is PCIe. Will this card work in my board?
