when i turn on the PSU it just keeps tuning on and off like every second. any suggestions

Clear the CMOS.

So bootlooping. Try taking out one stick of RAM and booting with that, if the motherboard has some sort of memok button press that.

Not entirely sure you should try the RAM thing again to see if that works or clear the motherboard CMOS first 

You have to eliminate all possibilities of it being a another components as it could be RAM or the motherboard instead

You have to eliminate all possibilities of it being a another components as it could be RAM or the motherboard instead

im not to sure how i clear the motherboard CMOS is it in the BOIS Settings

There are multiple ways of doing it but simplest way is turn off the PSU,remove the CMOS battery that's usually located near the end of the long PCI x16 slot, hold power button for 10-15 secs, then put the battery back in then turn the PSU on and the power button on.

ok thanks i wil try this tomorrow when im not so tired and what happens when i reset the CMOS

It just resets the BIOS

thanks man this is working but i don't know how long it will last is there a way i can check to see if my RAM is faulty 

If your hardware works outside the case but not inside, there's a chance something is causing a short, check the motherboard stands in the case.
