I don't know why would you replace the fans on a Noctua cooler, you're basically paying for the fans on it.

 

Anyway, Phanteks have some white fans.

I am looking for good black or white static pressure fans to replace the ugly ones in the NH-D14.

corsair makes good sp fans but make sure you get 4 pin version i got burned by getting 3 pins and they are loud as fuck

If you want good fans that won't break the bank and look much better look at the f140MP line from Phanteks.
