What's important to you? Other Z97s out there have a better sound chip, but if you're using non 7.1 headphones that won't matter. So what is important to you?

iam sorry its IMO but if you just want to OC it to like 4.4GHz i think you should be fine

That board won't limit overclocking... Only the CPU and to a lesser extent the PSU will.
