Good deal? for 400$?

I know this could be put in the pc build thread but i think it suits this thread more.

 

Some guy is selling a cleaned pc with a fresh windows 7 install for 400$ Canadian

 

Parts:

 

CPU- AMD Fx 6100

Mobo- Asus cross hair IV formula Z

Storage- WD blue 500gb HD

CPU Cooler-Master hyper 212 evo cooler

Case- Bitfenix neos 

Power supply- 850W NZXT bronze 

GPU- Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 OC 3GB

 

I know the prices of all the components equal out much more than $400 but i am looking for more than just my opinion if this is worth buying.

 

If it's worth buying i plan on switching the HD for a 1tb for storage + SSD for OS, and the mobo and cpu since i already have a FX8350 sitting around gathering dust.

 

So in closing i'm just looking for more opinions on if i should purchase this for $400 or if not how much should i try and get it for?

 

**NOTE** I haven't actually seen it operate yet, but he assures me everything works 100% and if i decide on buying it i will 100% make sure everything works!!! this is just a prospect!

10/10 worth it. It's, like, $600 USD vs $300.

good deal, i just sold my system with a Fx6100 and that cpu was great.
