I don't really use my phone like most people do. I barely text, never call, don't use social media, but I like messing with apps. Ranging from good games like heartstone to browsing the internet or weird little apps that control the schools projector and what not. Our school has a drone and you need a smartphone to access almost every single feature (DJI Phantom 3). I went to download the app but it was not supported for Iphone 5cs. Just 5s and above. This made me upset and I saw some other cool apps like crystal I wanted to try and the same thing. I looked and I could get a 5s for $16 a month with AT&T and talked to my dad and he said it would be cool. But later in the day he came to me and said your contract is up in a week and the 6s isn't that much more if you do it some way so now I am getting a 6s. Seeing benchmarks I am excited to actually use it. Keep in mind I am not paying for it as I don't have that much money (or willing to spend on a phone). But I can't wait to use it. I love that I will now have the ability to shoot 4K or slow mo video. I will also have a finger print scanner and various features. I do think the whole 3D text thing is a gimic but I will have to see. I don't know, I just like using my phone as a tool rather then a device to snapchat every second or check instagram. Seems like a waste of 2GB of RAM and a dual core A9 CPU for social media.

Just keeping this here as a Are you saying my phone should only be used to call people? to text?

 What defines something as a tool, and something as an entertainment device? i use my phone primarily to open a hotspot at school, and to text others, but there are some people who use their phones as social media devices, as forms of entertainment. They were designed with entertainment in mind, HTC's boomsound for example. What makes that wrong? If it comes with those features in mind then what's wrong about it to make you say people have complete obsessions with their phones.

Are you saying my phone should only be used to call people? to text?

 What defines something as a tool, and something as an entertainment device? i use my phone primarily to open a hotspot at school, and to text others, but there are some people who use their phones as social media devices, as forms of entertainment. They were designed with entertainment in mind, HTC's boomsound for example. What makes that wrong? If it comes with those features in mind then what's wrong about it to make you say people have complete obsessions with their phones.
